What needed to be achieved?
This older weatherboard house in Preston required an upgrade to their kitchen and needed an additional entertainment deck built to make use of the wasted space in their backyard and essentially open their living area up with natural light.
What took place?
The challenges of removing an old existing chimney and other structural problems were not new to Everline and we were able to foresee the structural issues an older house like this posed. With our experience & knowledge we successfully removed the chimney, made renovations to create a modern kitchen with bifold doors and constructed a neat and modern style decking / entertainment area to complement the new kitchen.
What was the end result?
At the completion of the project, Everline delivered a high quality modern kitchen and entertainment deck, never compromising the clients budget and project time frame.
