What needed to be achieved?
Maribyrnong Council approached Everline after delivering a successful tender to internally refurbish the Yarraville Tennis Club, originally constructed in 1914.
What took place?
The challenges of refurbishing a pre WWI building were not new to Everline and we were able to foresee the structural issues an old building like this posed. With our experience, knowledge and successfully liaising with Maribyrnong Council, we were able to work around these challengers successfully, without affecting cost or time.
Outcome
At the completion of the project, Everline delivered a high quality facility never compromising the clients budget and project time frame. We have successfully delivered many other projects for various Councils and clients and continue to maintain a strong relationship built on trust and reliability.
